Lona Burbage is a Licensed and Registered Veterinary Technician with 25 years of experience in Small Animal Primary Care, Emergency and Critical Care, Neurology/Neurosurgery, and Veterinary Management.  After earning her degree in Veterinary Technology from Tri-County Technical College in 2000, she has continued to raise the education, training and overall awareness of the veterinary professional community.    

Lona has been RECOVER CPR certified in both BLS and ALS for 10+ years.  She is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, SC Association of Veterinary Technicians and the NC Association of Veterinary Technicians.  Lona is currently working towards her Veterinary Business Leader certification.

With her vast and diverse background in small animal practice, she has gained a significant amount of valuable knowledge ranging from primary care to specialty medicine that can help advance your medicine standards, improve patient care and hospital flow.
